Last Minute Mondays is a vegetarian chef's counter celebrating peak California produce, organic ingredients, and the farmers shaping the season. Each intimate, multi-course dinner is built around seasonality and personal storytelling, sourced from local farmers and purveyors across Southern California.
Set just inches from the plating station, four guests experience the rhythm of the kitchen in real time, where technique, conversation, memory, and improvisation all share the same table. Rooted in Chef Dorian Southall's Southern California perspective and shaped by influences spanning Southern comfort, Asian flavors, nostalgia, and modern fine dining, no two dinners are ever exactly alike.
There are no large crowds, no performative luxury, and no rehearsed hospitality. Just four guests, a seasonal vegetarian tasting menu, and the feeling that you stumbled into something special.
Special culinary additions, curated wine pairings, and auction lot coffees are also available to accompany the experience. These offerings are optional and available at an additional cost.
